At Wilco Offroad, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
